About

I'm a foreign service kid. Since 2005 I've called nine places home across seven countries: Tennessee, Thailand, Indonesia, Jordan, Turkey, Virginia, Belgium, Jordan again, and Germany, where my family is posted while I'm based in Williamsburg at William & Mary. Moving that much taught me a rule I still live by: wherever you land, try the new thing. You only get out what you put in.

All that moving is probably why I ended up in spatial data. Maps were how every new city started to make sense, and they are still how I think. I've charted 78 years of US foreign aid, mapped wildfire burn severity from satellite imagery, and this summer I'm at the US Consulate in Frankfurt building on the Palantir Foundry stack, where I earned the Palantir Foundry Aware certification. I hold an active Top Secret clearance from the US Department of State.

My free time splits between the pitch and the desktop. On the pitch, I'm the president of my club soccer team. On the desktop, it's local models through Ollama and Hugging Face, a Jetson Orin Nano I'm learning to fine tune models on, and small tools that make my own day run better.

Right now I'm working toward two things: fine tuning models, moving from running them to shaping them, and building products in Palantir Foundry that put the spatial side of my degree to work at scale along with business deployable products that leverage the platform.
